Thank you for shopping with Once Upon a Onesie! We take pride in creating custom-made onesies tailored just for you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so here’s our return and refund policy:
Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us directly.
Refunds
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, approval or rejection of your refund is at our discretion.
