📏 How do I choose the right size?
We’ve got a handy size guide to help you out! Remember, babies grow fast, so if you’re unsure, it’s always safer to go a size up. Need more help? Reach out—we’re here to assist.
🕒 How long will my order take?
Since each order is custom-made with love, we need 2-5 working days to bring your design to life. After that, it’s off to the courier, which takes another 2-5 working days. We work with independent couriers, so while we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, we’ll let you know when your onesie is on its way!
🚚 What are the delivery options?
You’ve got choices! We can send your order to the nearest Pudo or Paxi point for you to collect, or we can deliver it straight to your door with The Courier Guy. Easy peasy!
📦 How is my order packaged?
We wrap each onesie with care, so it arrives looking just as special as it was made. Whether it’s a gift or just for your little one, we make sure it’s delivered with love.
🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our onesies are custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Once Upon a Onesie, and need to be done within 7 days. Please note, we don’t cover the cost of returns.
